Return Eligibility

Most non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The item is in its original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom printed products
• Personalized products
• Custom DTF transfers
• Custom patch orders
• Custom apparel made to customer specifications
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

InTheTruth.net is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production, printing, customization, or fulfillment has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer may be treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping charges and the 10% restocking fee.
